Picasa web album
I've configured a Picasa web album that has all of Viv's pics that have been on the blog since Dec. 4- the album can be found by clicking here. Just click on Viv's avocado face when you get the web album and it'll take you to the pictures. You have the option of downloading any or all of the photos to Picasa (it's free from google - click here). You can also order prints from the web album as well.

When I opened the pictures in photoshop they open up as a thumbnail image, making them impossible to enlarge. Is there a way to control the size of the file? Or am I doing something wrong?

I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, it could be that you need to use picasa to grab the full image.
