Saturday with Pod and Yaya

When Pod and Yaya were in town last weekend, we took the kids to the City Park amusement area. Viv is riding more and more rides by herself, and she was so brave on the mini roller coaster and on the ferris wheel (yes, you can see the Dome from the top)! Gus isn't a big fan of round and round rides - he had to talk himself through the spinning-buckets-of-slime ride by saying "be better soon" over and over again until it stopped - but he LOVED the super slide. Really, we had the best day. The weather was perfect for an outside adventure, and we overate and overdrank as usual. It was awesome.
