New Orleans Blues Fest

On Saturday Al, Grandpa Cliff (also know as Grandpod), Viv, Grandma Kathy, Nonna Linda and myself attended the first annual New Orleans Blues Festival. It was put on by the same people that do Jazz Fest (the title of today's post is linked to the Jazz Fest website). At any rate....... Jazz Fest is fantastic for those of you that don't know about it- well worth planning a trip here for.

Back to the story-

Viv seemed to have a pretty good time:


This makes festival #2 for Viv and she seems to be getting the hang of it. Anyway, the Blues Fest went off well and hopefully it will become an annual event.

As a sidenote- Alice starts back to work on Monday so send her letters of encouragement. She's pretty bummed out about having to leave Viv during the day.
