Al had a doctor's visit today and the squirt is at zero station, though we don't which way she's presenting. Also, it looks like she's gonna be on the small side. Dr. Ryan was expecting her to grow a bit more than she has since the last visit but he did a stress test and she's responding just fine. If she delivers on or near her predicted date she probably won't make much more than 6-6.5 lb. Also, Al is at about 80% effaced but not really dilated much so it looks like I'll have time to finish painting the squirt's room.
For you family members that are interested, there will be a wireless webcam set up by her crib after we have her home for a bit. I'll e-mail anyone interesed with the address and login information once the camera is in place.

It was actually a non-stress test, thankfully. Much less risky or painful sounding than a real contraction stress test. Plus, it was interesting to get to hear the baby's heartbeat for that long.

Nice move on the blog. As for 6-6.5lbs, our neighbor was told she would be 6.5 and just gave birth to a 8 lb 9 oz kid. So brace yourself!! ;-)
