Solar power

As with all new appointees to significant posts such as Family Pet, there is a period of at least six months where the new appointee can expect to have his mettle tested. While Abby unfortunately wasn't up to snuff, Solar is proving to be an exceptional pet, a domestic short haired elite, if you will. Viv pulls his hair, pulls his tail, attacks him, and does her best to make sure he never eats or drinks. Now Gus has gotten into the mettle-testing action. Solar does not complain. Rather, he seems hopeful that the kids will eventually do their part and maybe even change his litter box someday. But can he convince Curt to like him? Yes, he can!
