Some of you may know that our pediatrician referred us to an eye doctor at Children's Hospital here because Gus has uneven pupils. It is barely noticeable, really. Anyway, at Gus's 5 month appointment Dr. Oates said that she suspected that it was nothing to worry about, but they routinely refer kids with this symptom. Well, after his appointment today it turns out that Gus's uneven pupils are only a symptom of asymmetry, or in fancy eye doctor speak, anisocoria. Nothing more. So, Yay!
A few months ago, Grandpa and I noticed that Gus' eyes looked uneven, we assumed he had inherited the "small eye" socket from the Jarand family. Interesting.

that is fantastic...being refered to specialist is the most nerve racking thing, isn't it!!!

Curt had 'lazy eye' and had his eyeball retuned and reset.
