Viv also had her first pediatrician's appointment today and has already gained 9.5 oz and 2 inches in length, though you wouldn't guess it by looking at her.
Anyway, we're slowly working out the sleep schedule between Alice and I. Since Al is breastfeeding, she definitely has the harder job as far as this goes but we're making it work. Viv tends to fuss a fair amount during the middle of the night but settles down and actually sleeps for a reasonable stint nearer sunrise.

ahhh yes, the poo and pee treatment, how I remember them well. I'm glad things are going well, and that little Viv is growing so quickly! Alice, hang in there, it does get easier, Viv will start eating less frequently, just rest all you can, and remember to eat and drink lots of water. Viv's beautiful :)

Yup it does get easier, until they get old enough to drive a car and stay out past curfew, then the sleepless nights start all over again.
