OB-GYN update

Alice had another in the endless series of exams today and everything looks very good. She's 1 cm dilated and 80% effaced. The baby is also head down and at 0 station- basically he's good to go (or as good as one can expect) for next week. We still have a ton of stuff to do around here to get ready but I think we more or less have it under control.
